How we calculate these figures
Sales: registered transactions in the sales group by registration date, 5 October 2026 to 16 October 2026 (data up to the latest registration date); off-plan by registration type. Price per sq ft = value / area in m² / 10.7639, land plots excluded; price changes only with at least 30 sales on each side. Projects: project register as last updated on 15 June 2026, start date and status as recorded; the pipeline counts projects that are active, not started or pending. Completed buildings: monthly statistics on completed buildings. Every figure is an aggregate of at least 3 records; smaller groups are shown as – or left out. Percentage changes of counts need at least 30 records in the comparison period; with fewer, the entry is marked “new” (new or little activity, no meaningful % change), and changes above +300% are shown as “>+300%”. Changes of prices, rents and charges (medians) need at least 30 records on each side; with fewer in the comparison period, they are also marked “new”. No company, person or project names are published.
Community names (for example Jumeirah Village Circle) are Zolia's own mapping of Dubai Land Department districts to the master project with the most sales over the last 24 months; the official district name is shown below each one. Districts without one clear community keep their official name.
