Our Data Principles
These are our public commitments about data in Zolia. Our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy describe the details.
We never sell personal data.
Not yours, not your clients'.
Data products are anonymous.
If we publish or license figures, they are anonymous totals with at least 10 people behind every value and at least 5 brokerages behind every value about brokerages. Small groups are not shown.
WhatsApp stays out.
Content from WhatsApp never goes into data products or into the training of AI models, not even in anonymous form.
Training only with your consent.
We improve our AI with your own content only if you allow it, and never with your clients' data.
Your clients' data is yours.
We process it, including with our AI, only to provide Zolia on your instructions, or on the instructions of your brokerage for its data.
Stored in the UAE.
Our databases and files are in the UAE. AI processing takes place in the European Union, only pseudonymised, without storage and without training by the model provider. Our Privacy Policy lists every other way data leaves the UAE, for example e-mails and sign-in codes.
No surprises when we change hands.
If our business is sold and another company is to become responsible for your data, we inform you at least 30 days before your data goes to it, and you can export and delete your data before that.
For adults.
Zolia is for people aged 18 or older.
Neutral.
We do not broker property and do not pass your clients to anyone unless you choose to; see our Neutrality Pledge.
We announce changes to these principles at least 30 days in advance, and changes to the Neutrality Pledge at least 3 months in advance. A change applies to data collected before it only with your consent.
