This policy explains which details we collect when you sign up for the Zolia Lead-Check on this website, what we use them for, where they are stored and which rights you have.
Who is responsible
Biturai L.L.C-FZ, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for this website and for your sign-up. Our product is called Zolia.

What we collect
From the sign-up form:
- your name, your brokerage, your role and the number of brokers
- your mobile number and your email address
- your message, if you write one
- the language of the page you signed up on
- campaign details from the link that brought you here (UTM parameters), if it had any
- the time of your sign-up
With your consent we store the wording you agreed to, exactly as it was shown, and the time. The same applies to the separate box for news by WhatsApp.
To protect the form from misuse, our server stores your IP address with your sign-up only in scrambled form (as a hash), not the address itself.
This website sets no cookies, loads no tracking pixels and uses no analytics tools.
What we use it for
- To contact you about the Lead-Check by WhatsApp, phone or email, and to carry it out. Test enquiries to your brokerage start only after the owner or management has agreed separately in writing.
- To send you news by WhatsApp, but only if you tick the separate box. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP.
- To answer you faster: an AI assistant drafts our reply to your enquiry. Before any AI model sees your message, we replace your name and contact details with placeholders. The model runs on Amazon Bedrock in Frankfurt (EU), and your data is not used to train AI models. A person on our team reviews every draft before it is sent.
Legal basis
We use your details because you agreed to it. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and we will then stop using your details for that purpose.
Where your data is stored
Your sign-up goes directly from your browser to our systems in Germany, in the EU: our servers run at Hetzner, our database at Supabase in Frankfurt am Main.
The website itself is hosted by Vercel. Vercel does not receive or store your form data; like any web host, it processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages.

How long we keep it
- Sign-up details: deleted automatically 90 days after your sign-up (or 90 days after your Lead-Check report, if you took part in one), unless a pilot or a contract follows.
- Lead-Check reports: deleted together with your sign-up details.
- Records of your consent and of its withdrawal: as long as we need them as proof.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us which details we hold about you, have them corrected or deleted, withdraw your consent and object to marketing.
