About Zolia
Zolia is the free AI app and CRM for Dubai real estate, built in Dubai by Biturai L.L.C-FZ. Its promise is simple: Zolia AI does the work. You approve what goes out. A team of AI agents drafts a reply to every enquiry in the client's language, records who owns each lead, follows every commission from deal to payout and keeps KYC and AML checks in every deal file, while AML decisions, signatures and payouts always stay with people. Zolia is neutral by design: it is not a brokerage, never lists property and never competes with brokers. Customer data is stored in the UAE.

Michael Steinbach has worked in commercial real estate since 2014 and led property-trading companies from 2020 to 2024. He builds Zolia with AI coding agents, an AI-native company building AI agents for Dubai's property market.
