Method
Sales are Dubai Land Department transactions in the group Sales, by registration date; value is the registered price in AED. Price per sq ft is the median of price divided by registered area, only for areas above 10 m² (1 m² = 10.7639 sq ft). Ready and off-plan follow the registration type; apartments are flats, and commercial and other covers offices, shops, hotel rooms, hotel apartments and whole buildings. Mortgages and gifts are all registrations in those groups. Leases are Ejari rent contracts by contract start date, counted once per contract. Residential rent is the annual amount of contracts with residential use. Weeks run Monday to Sunday (ISO weeks); comparisons are with the previous week and the same ISO week a year earlier. Areas are Dubai Land Department districts. Every figure is based on at least 3 records; values from fewer records are not shown. Figures for recent periods can change when late registrations arrive. These are statistics, not investment advice.
