Method
Service charges: approved owners association budgets for 2026 and the previous year; per property group and usage the sum of all cost categories per sq ft (excluding income and charges billed per parking bay, storage unit or meter), then the median per usage (parking usage excluded); categories for residential usage. Units: registered units by creation date. Rents: rent contracts by start date, one count per contract; median annual rent of single residential flats. Population: annual estimates by community. Licences: activities added to mainland trade licences for property and facilities management. Every figure is an aggregate of at least 3 records; smaller groups are shown as – or left out. No company, person or project names are published.
