Method
Sales: registered transactions in the sales group by registration date; off-plan and secondary by registration type. Rent contracts: by start date, one count per contract. Brokers and offices: register entries with a licence valid on the date of the file, counts only. Licences: sales and leasing brokerage activities added to mainland trade licences by date added; * = month not yet complete. Every figure is an aggregate of at least 3 records; smaller groups are shown as – or left out. No company, person or project names are published.
